After reading my article, I was able to understand the "cultural message". This article uses words such as "statistics," "under-represent," and "sexual violence" to show that men/boys are also victims of sexual violence. The author of this article uses words such as "under-represent" because people often think of only women being victims of sexual violence, which is not true. Men/boys are also in danger of sexual violence just like how women are.

After reading my article, I was able to understand the "cultural message".
