I think you did a good job answering the questions "Describe the purpose of the article" and "Describe the major observations/findings/results/". You were able to write the key concepts without going into specific details. I however am a little confused on how you answered "Forecast future use". The book tells us to talk about how we plan to use the article in our essays but for each annotation you wrote in "to stop racial disparities". Your answer seems to be more about how the articles hope to impact the issue in the future rather than how you plan to use the information written in the article.

A very well thought out post. I believe that this is a huge issue in America these days and many people have many opinions. My personal opinion is don't run from the law if they ask you to stop and better yet, don't do anything that would require a run in with the law. But, this is not the point of the exercise. You thought the post out well and gave valuable information on the sources that you found. Try not to be self opinionated when writing your paper.
