This article is about a police officer who shot and killed an unarmed black male name Tony Robinson. I find this article interesting because it is very controversial. The police officer who shot and killed Tony Robinson was not charged for any crimes. Personally, I believe that he should be charged with murder since he shot an innocent and unarmed black man. Was it because he was racist? Did he not like black people? Did he believe in those negative stereotypes about black people? These are the types of questions that makes me want to further research this topic.
I think that Police officers have a very difficult job. Every day they are faced with challenges and are responsible for making quick decisions. It is difficult without knowing more on this particular topic to make an opinion but I do know that it can be difficult at times to not make mistakes such as this.
